Marlborough MM (H) covered Hicksite Friends in Stark County, Ohio, and the adjacent townships. The MM began strong, with four PMs. However, an epidemic and a failed communal society both took their toll on the MM. The meeting at Kendal, which had been strong, failed in 1833, followed by Lexington in 1835. After 1840, the Hicksites had full control over the pre-separation FMH at Marlborough, but that meeting became weak in the 1840s and failed in 1848. With only Deer Creek PM surviving in the MM, Marlborough MM was renamed Deer Creek MM in 1848 Marlborough MM (H) in 1848.
