Elizabeth H. Binns was born between 12/11/1786 when the family's certificate was issued by Monallin MM and 5/12/1787 when the certificate was received at Westland.
Binns was deeply involved with committee work in Providence MM from 1818 until the spring of 1828, after which she was never appointed to another committee.
