William Hilles was a Friend from Philadelphia YM who moved to Redstone QM in 1795.
Hilles was raised in Philadelphia YM. He and wife Rebecca lived on the farm immediately west of the Nantmeal Friends Meeting House (the former farm of James Pugh) from 1793-1795. At that time, the Nantmeal meeting was part of Uwchlan MM. In 1795, Hilles and his family sold the farm and relocated to Westland.
