Minutes survive for the years 1898-1934. During this time, very little business was conducted at the PM level. The most common items of business were the appointment of the clerk (annually), the appointment of a clerk for the day when the clerk was not present (a rather common occurrance in this PM), and an occasional concern to send to the MM. |
