Sandy Spring MM (G) was located in southwestern Columbiana County and northeastern Carroll County, Ohio. It included two PMs: Sandy Spring near Hanoverton and Augusta on the county line. Sandy Spring Meeting was held in the historic brick meeting house; the Gurneyite PM was laid down in 1862 and the MW in 1865. The MM then was held at Augusta. Augusta PM was discontinued in 1901. In 1914, Sandy Spring MM (G) was renamed Augusta MM, but the meeting was weak and was laid down in 1921.
