West PM (H) was established in 1829 to cover an area west of Salem that had formerly been occupied by Upper Springfield MM. The PM became fairly large and grew into an MM. The PM was discontinued in the late nineteenth century, but the MW continued. The property was sold in 1919. The MM continued to meet until 1923. |
