Caleb Gregg was a son of John & Ruth Gregg. He was a farmer in Virginia and later in Ohio. After marrying out of the Society in 1795, he apologized and retained his membership. He hired a slave to help on his farm in 1806 just prior to relocating to Ohio. His non-member wife Hannah applied for membership in 1806 along with their children, who were received at Goose Creek in time to be transferred to Ohio.
