Martha B. Bonsall appears to have been a daughter of Samuel & Susanna Bonsall. She gave up her membership in 1778 when she married Joseph Bonsall. She returned to membership in 1787. She moved to Ohio in 1808. In 1812, she received a certificate to transfer her membership to Stillwater but never presented the certificate there.
