Bailey was serving as of 12/1/1868, which is the earliest extant minute in the minute book of 1868-1879.
Throughout Bailey's Clerkship, the select QM was mainly routine. It answered the Queries and appointed representatives to the select YM but transacted little other business. Asenath Bailey was recognized as a minister in 1871, and Dempsey Bundy was recognized as an Elder in 1873. |
